The village of Castello di Fiemme has a population of almost 2,000 inhabitants and is made up of two rural districts (Castello and Molina) which are 2 km away from each other.

The rural district of Castello still keeps its original town centre architecturally intact and at the same time offers good tourist accommodation and infrastructures. The hamlet of Castello (981 m) still maintains its 16th century building arrangement, now mixed with good tourist accommodation and facilities.

Molina (835 m), a hamlet known in the past for its mills (today completely lost), nowadays offers its guests splendid natural surroundings and various possibilities, especially for cross-country skiing, thanks to the tracks linked to other circuits along the valley, and for excursions in summer.
